1. Shipping.

The ordered artwork will be sent to the customer by courier. The name of the courier will be indicated after the order to the e-mail address of the customer.

2. Order preparation.

The deadline for order preparation from the time of order completion is individual for each work. Shipping information can be found in the description of each artwork.

3.Delivery time.

The delivery time by courier is 2 – 5 working days within Europe and 4 to 7 working days outside of Europe.

4. Transport / Shipping costs.

Shipping costs are automatically indicated when you fill in the shipping address in the order form.

5. The right to withdraw from the contract.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after the purchase without giving reasons.

6. Returns.

The customer has 2 weeks from the date of delivery of the work (14 days from the time of delivery) to consider whether he wants to keep the purchased artwork. In case of withdrawal from the purchase, the customer is obliged to inform the art gallery ART ME. by e-mail or telephone. Art gallery ART ME. will organize a pick-up service by courier. Delivery costs are shared between the art gallery and the client. The delivery costs per party are not more than 100 EUR.
