Delivery time: Shipping occurs every Thursday and Friday from our warehouse in Cracow/Poland. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to coordinate the exact delivery window. The average delivery time is approximately 5 working days, with a maximum of 10 working days.
Returns: For online orders, you have 14 days from the delivery date to exercise your right of withdrawal.
