Adelajda Kot is the artistic pseudonym of Aleksandra Mankowska, born in Warsaw in 1984. She has been living in Germany for several years and is a self-taught artist who creates her works out of passion and vocation.

Her works primarily show nature, which is presented in the context of a fairytale reality, a dream. The grotesque approach to wildlife combined with the artist’s brilliant skills creates the amazing effect of these unique and mysterious works of art on canvas. During the creation process, she adds real bird fluff to the ink or colors. She does not limit her work to a specific medium.
